This Site operates as a marketplace. We provide a platform where third-party vendors (“Hosts”, “Vendors”, or “Sellers”) offer reservable stays (the “Listings”). We are not the owner, operator, or manager of the properties and are not a party to the contract between you and any Vendor.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site and Services.

1.2 By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete;

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Marketplace Role and Relationship Between Parties

2.1 The Site is a marketplace platform that allows Vendors to list, promote, and offer stays (reservable accommodations) to users (“Guests”, “Customers”, or “Buyers”).

2.2 We do not own, manage, operate, or control the properties listed on the Site. Each Vendor is solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of their Listings;

  • The condition, legality, and safety of the property;

  • Compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including housing, zoning, rental, safety, and tax regulations.

2.3 When you make a reservation, you enter into a contract directly with the Vendor, not with [Company Name]. We are not and do not become a party to any agreement between Guests and Vendors.

3. Accounts and Registration

3.1 To access certain features (including making reservations or creating Listings), you may be required to create an account.

3.2 You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;

  • Maintain and promptly update your information;

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;

  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

4. Vendor Subscriptions and Fees

4.1 Vendors may be required to purchase a subscription plan or pay fees to list and sell reservable stays on the Site.

4.2 Subscription fees, commission rates, and any other charges will be disclosed at the time of registration or signup for Vendor Services.

4.3 By subscribing as a Vendor, you agree:

  • To pay all applicable fees on time;

  • That fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated;

  • That we may change pricing and fee structures with prior notice, and continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
